The sueded, cushioned insole is removable in case you choose to use your own.

Sizing:
Whole EU sizes. Most will find these to fit true to size. If you are between sizes, I suggest sizing up. I am usually a 43.5 and the 44 fits me with just the right amount of room. Please feel free to reach out with any sizing questions!
